About

Hey there!

Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog. I originally started this blog to document my explorations in interior design and organization. During this turning point in my adulthood, I'm so pleased to share the mistakes and accomplishments of this year, as there will be many. I've migrated across the East River to Brooklyn, where I recently signed the lease to my first apartment, all on my lonesome but with the help of my loving friends and family. It's been exhausting, freezing, but mostly exciting and refreshing.

Shout out to the Compound, a house full of my new adoptive family and now neighbors. Without you guys, I would not have had the big boost and head start for the New Year.

I recently graduated with a degree in Arts Management and am starting a few online shops (soon to grow into flea market pop ups in the spring). Sneaky Polecat Trading Co. is a Brooklyn-based vintage and antiques lifestyle shop that features local artists. I will also be coming up with a way to support the LGBT community later in the year, so keep your eyes peeled.

I love the arts, flea markets, antiques and vintage, traveling, interior design, organization, and good food and booze. So what you can find here in this lovely blog space is creative, cheap and easy ways to organize and decorate. I hope to inspire you folks with ways to brighten up your daily grind.

Sit back and relax, kick your feet up, it's going to be a bumpy ride,

  1. Great blog! I'm also a "urban grandma" and can't get enough of design and organization! I'll be coming back for more ideas. Keep it up! :)
